PORTAL-BETA PRODUCT EXPLANATION
Rail x-ray cargo scanning system Portal-Beta; sealed containers and delivery trucks in the most efficient way possible. Plastic weapons and explosives detect drugs, narcotics, radioactive materials, and other substances that are stored illegally. The main components of the system are; an x-ray generator that produces high-energy x-rays and an L-shaped detector with high sensitivity. The Portal-Beta x-ray scanning system combines high penetration and low radiation. The system is usually installed in a building where the temperature can be controlled or built on a foundation and it has a capacity to operate 24/7. The system can scan the scanner without the driver in the vehicle. The device moves back and forth on the rails to perform the scanning. The scanned images are sent to the remote control room for examination. Portal-Beta has been specially produced for use in airports, customs, sea ports. The system configuration allows rapid and direct scanning of up to 40 vehicles per hour. The Portal-Beta x-ray scanning system meets all international health and safety standards.
